Who will be treating me at Stairway to Health?

Stairway to Health is staffed by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with years of experience and training in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care Medicine.

Does Stairway to Health take Insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans – See our insurance list here.

We also accept cash and credit cards as part of a self-pay option.

Can I be seen at Stairway to Health if I don’t have insurance?

Absolutely. For all self-pay patients, the cost is $150. This includes the physical exam, in-office rapid testing (urinalysis, pregnancy, influenza, glucose, etc.) and minor treatments. 

Can I pay for my visit or bill online?

Of course. You can make a payment via our online payment option.

What is the patient portal and how can I use it?

It’s all about communication! The patient portal makes it easy to communicate with the Stairway to Health healthcare team from home. It is a convenient way to access your health care visits, paperwork, lab and imaging results and discharge instructions.  You can also reschedule or cancel an appointment, view payment history, or update your healthcare information. Does Stairway to Health provide physical exams?

Yes, Stairway to Health offers self-pay physical exams for employment, school (K-12 & college), sports, camp, learners permit, DOT, and Fire Fighter exams.

Does Stairway to Health provide care to employee injuries and automotive injuries?

Stairway to Health can provide immediate and professional medical care in the event of an employee injury or automotive accident. 

Does Stairway to health have the ability to obtain lab work?

Stairway to Health is contracted with Quest and LabCorp. 

Does Stairway to Health take x-rays?

Stairway to Health has the ability to take x-rays on site or we can prescribe an x-ray at a walk-in clinic in your area.

Does Stairway to Health provide Sexually Transmitted infection (STI) screening and treatment?

If you have concerns about your sexual health, come to our Stairway to Health office for confidential routine tests and treatment.

Does Stairway to Health provide medication refills?

All patients’ refills are evaluated on an individual basis. Call us to discuss.
